Shopping for fine art at Dan Cumpata Fine Art Studio, is 100% safe and guaranteed! We only ship prints, and original paintings that are in excellent condition, free from folds, tears, creases, wrinkles, smudges and other imperfections that could diminish the value of your fine art. All items are professionally packed and insured through UPS. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remedy the problem to the best of our ability.

What is the dancumpata Fine Art Studio return policy?
Dan Cumpata Fine Art Studio, offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. Review the complete “Return Policy, Order Cancellations, and General Information” section for full details, including our policy for gift returns. All sales are final.
2. What if my order is received with obvious damage?
If your art order is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can discuss the shipping return policy and the availability of a replacement item. You will then have the option of replacing the item free of charge (if applicable) or having your account credited.
If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to sender. Please call 240.675.6616 to let us know so we can arrange a replacement shipment, which is dependent upon item availability.
If damage to your order is discovered after the package has been opened, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You may call us or fill out our e-mail form and type "Damaged Order" in the Subject.
3. How do I return an item?
To return an item you must call us at 240.675.6616 or send us an e-mail (dc_fineart@yahoo.com) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number. A returned item must be included in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. If it is not returned with packaging and accessories then the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: free replacement (if applicable) or refund.
You are responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We strongly suggest that you pay insurance on items being returned and that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Can I return an item that I received as a gift?
We will gladly accept a gift return for exchange within fourteen (14) days from date of shipment. To return goods, please save the item(s) and packaging. Follow the return policy instructions (see question #3) to exchange a gift item. No refunds through any payment method will be provided for gift returns.
5. What if I want a refund for my return?
Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase or in the form of a check drawn from U.S. funds for all other methods of payment. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any other currency besides U.S. funds. All refund checks will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the order was placed.
6. What if I want to cancel an order?
If for some reason you place an order and suddenly decide to cancel before your order has been processed and shipped, we will cancel your transaction at no cost to you. This also applies if an item is out of stock or backordered.
If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, a 15% fee will be deducted from the cancellation refund.

Continental United States:
We ship most orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item(s).
Shipping costs are dependent upon the total cost of the order. All unframed prints will be shipped rolled. Before clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, include Special Instructions or Notes to detail your shipping preference for unframed prints. If you do not indicate your shipping method preference, then we will ship the item using our best professional judgment.
Shipping is free for all original art-work orders.
Canadian Orders:
All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Standard to Canada. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Other International Orders:
Please call for shipping prices.
